How to Treat Your Bagels.
The Fresher the better, keep your bagels in an airtight container or plastic bag and they will toast perfectly for 3 or 5 days after purchase.
Our Bagels love the freezer.
* Slice your fresh bagel, before you freeze and then just pull them straight out of the freezer throw them in the toaster and they’ll be as fresh as the first day you bought them.

Cream cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes, sea salt, olive oil and basil.
Mustard, mayonnaise, Pastrami and Swiss cheese.
Avocado, tuna mayonnaise, lemon zest and black pepper.
Cured Salmon, Cream cheese, Capers dill, red onion thinly sliced, lemon zest.
Turkey, Chive cream cheese and cucumber.
